1/Context :
Cyber Defense is driving a project to build a new global security product to secure its cloud infrastructures based on a Cloud Security Posture Management solution provided by Palo Alto (Prisma).
The project and product is entering its deployment phase. In this context, Cyber Defense is looking for a Program Manager service to drive the deployment of the solution to group entities.

2/Service :
Service accountable of the success of the program
- Service to apply project management expertise and drive the program following the standard best practices and also group methodology
- Service to ensure the program is On Time, On Budget, On Scope
- Service to support communication and stakeholders
- Service to apply Cyber Defense governance and methodology
- Service to present the solution to entities
- Service to deploy and implement the service to the entities in scope
- Service to organize and transfer the service to the BAU team
- Service to prepare and assist to the Gating board

3/Deliverables :
- Gating documentations
- Service for acceptance plans per entity
- Service for product configuration per entity
- Service for sign off from the BAU team for each transfer from project to BAU
- Service for Project plan
- Service for communication plan
- Service for Planning
- Service for steering committees/Project committees packs and minutes
- Service to store and update on mandatory documents requested by the group Internal controls including: Term Of Reference, meeting packs, minutes, Risk logs, Change management logs, Action logs, Financial actuals/forecast, KPI, Deliverables list & status
