Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain OutSystems applications in alignment with project requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional and technical specifications.
Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and security.
Implement integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
Ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support for deployed applications.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Train and mentor other resources to build expertise within the team.
Profil recherché
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in OutSystems development.
Strong knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio and Integration Studio.
Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Understanding of REST and SOAP web services.
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills in English and French.
Preferred Qualifications:
OutSystems Certification (Associate or Professional Developer).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in OutSystems.
Prior experience in the healthcare or insurance sector is a plus.

As an OutSystems Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. You will work closely with our experts but also business analysts and architects, at the clients to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet their needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring other resources to build internal expertise.
