Mission freelance Project and Change Manager DORA

1/CONTEXT
With the arrival of the new European DORA regulations, we need a project manager service to define and execute an action plan to comply with DORA requirements for our Identity Global Products, by collaborating with Global DORA Program teams and Identity Global Product teams, the service will write associated procedures based on inputs from our Identity Global Product teams. Service fully dedicated until end of December with service renewal possible for 2025 in a partial dedication.

2/Services & Deliverables:

Project Management activities of the service:
- Service to prepare and drive project committees (monthly steering committees, weekly meetings, ad-hoc workshops and communication, etc.)
- Service with day to day support for Product teams in DORA activities
- Service to coordinate the different stakeholders
- Service to report project progress, track risks and issues
- Service to schedule workshops & governance meetings and write minutes
- Service to maintain a detailed action list (planning & capacity plan), owner, deadlines and do the follow-up with all the involved stakeholders in the entity engagement.
- Service to formalize the missing procedures based on Product team inputs, based on the policies already defined and procedure templates
- Service to prepare and handle escalation
- Service to prepare & deploy change when necessary

Technical activities of the service:
- Service with expertise in Project & Change Management methodology
- Service with expertise in DORA regulations
- Service with expertise in the product high-level architecture (features, …)

Project & Change Management Expertise:
- Service provider personnel with confirmed communication expertise (incl. communication at C-level)
