This contractual position in their high-tech, fast-paced environment demands a professional who can seamlessly integrate audiovisual technologies across various platforms to enhance collaboration and facilitate effective communication. Role & Responsibilities: * Design, configure, and maintain audiovisual systems supporting collaborative legal practices. * Implement and troubleshoot integrated audiovisual and collaborative solutions across multiple conference rooms and digital platforms. * Provide training and support to end-users, enabling effective use and management of collaboration technologies. * Regularly evaluate audiovisual and collaborative systems to ensure they meet security rules and regulations within the legal industry. * Coordinate with external vendors and in-house technical teams to ensure timely updation and maintenance of audiovisual infrastructure. Key Skills: * Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, with specific expertise in audiovisual systems and collaboration technologies. * Strong background in designing and supporting complex IT systems within a legal or similar professional environment. * Familiarity with the latest technologies in audio and video conferencing, digital signage, and integrated communications. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and great attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure in a diverse team environment and manage multiple priorities. * Strong customer service orientation and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
