About the role The Associate Solution Architect position is designed for individuals seeking a career in architecture. Working towards becoming a Solution Architect, you will function as a developing practitioner, collaborating with experienced architects to design and document solution and enterprise architecture that solve complex business challenges. Support Solution Architects in scoping, designing, and documenting solution architectures. Carry out analysis and create/update documentation and architecture models. Partake in training, mentoring, and thought leadership activities in solution architecture. Make current architectures visible and understandable. Contribute to the development and maintenance of architectural models. Engage in thought leadership exercises within solution architecture. About you As an Associate Solution Architect, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing technical solutions that drive business objectives. Your contributions will help to translate business needs into functional solution designs, improve data quality and business outcomes, and support strategic decision-making. Understanding and familiarity of AWS technologies. Experience in designing innovative cloud-based solutions, primarily using AWS is desired. Understanding of architecture patterns (e.g., Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, CQRS) Passion for technology and a belief that new technologies can enhance our business. Confidence in your abilities, coupled with a desire to learn new skills and adapt. Strong analytical skills to effectively document existing solutions. Basic understanding of databases and data modelling.
