This is a new opportunity to join a well funded and growing start up company at their design centre based in the Semiconductor hub of Cambridge, UK.
In this role the AMS Verification Engineer will be responsible for leading design verification for; clocking, PLL, LDO and PMICs using advanced FinFET technology nodes.
Responsibilities includes:
Responsible for the Verification for AMS designs you will be tasked with integrating Analog design IPs from vendors and internal teams and to develop verification environments for simulation and emulation. You will be creating UVM benches for Mixed Signal blocks as well as developing test scenarios.
You will be working closely with the architecture and design teams on verification plans to achieve complete verification coverage and analysing verification coverage to improve test cases.
Industry degree qualified the successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience in an AMS (Analog/Mixed Signal) Verification role.
Experience is required in some or all of the following:
• Strong knowledge of AMS Verification using SystemVerilog
• Experience with creating UVM based testbenches for Analog Mixed-Signal applications
• Experience with assertion based verification for Analog blocks
• Scripting skills in perl / python
Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to work well within a team.
