This is a new opportunity to join a well funded and growing start up company at their design centre based in the Semiconductor hub of Cambridge, UK.
In this role the Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer will be developing designs for high performance computing platforms in FinFet technology nodes.
You will be responsible for the design of Analog/Mixed Signal circuits including; PLLs, LDOs, clocking and power management ICs and will be working in close collaboration with the system architect and design verification engineers.
Industry degree qualified the successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design.
Experience is required in some or all of the following;
• Analog blocks including; bandgaps, bias, opamps, switched-cap circuits, LDOs, PLLs, DC/DC converters
• Architecture, verification and validation of complete silicon IPs
• Digital integration of Analog IPs
• Device physics knowledge related to Analog IC design
• IP design or vendor management
• Lab characterisation
• Developing behaviour modeling
Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to work well within a team.
