Position: Desktop Support Engineer Location: London / Remote Salary: £24,000- £28,000 + Bonus according to experience Due to the organic business growth in recent years for one of our key client, they are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Engineer for their London office. The Role & Responsibilities: Supporting, configuring and deploying Windows 7/10 Supporting Microsoft Office 2013 Proactively working to improve internal processes Pro-actively identifying potential problems and issues on customer sites Identification of potential opportunities to replace or implement new solutions Key Skills and Experience Very good English communication skills. Great customer service skills. 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT helpdesk support. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Self-motivated, well organised. Good IP networking skills. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve Windows system and software related issues. Printer setup, management and driver configurations.
