Overview:
A Managed Service Provider based in Wimbledon is seeking a proactive IT Support Assistant. The ideal candidate will have around 2 years of experience in a Junior IT support role and be eager to further develop their skills in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist with network and system setups
- Respond to IT requests in a timely manner
- 2+ years of experience in a Junior IT support role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of basic networking and system troubleshooting
- £25,000 - £32,000 basic salary
