Are you an IT/AV Engineer with natural leadership skills? Are you looking to join a company where you can make a difference and be a part of meaningful and varied projects?

This company have been going for over 30 years and lead the way in the UK for their IT and AV projects. Working on brand new projects they would like a Lead AV Engineer to join them, showcase their skills and be a part of the companies exciting and future growth.

In this role you will travel to various locations around the UK with a small team of Engineers working on AV & IT projects including networking, servers, switches, assembly of hardware, cabling and other AV and IT technologies. You will act as a mentor to junior engineers in the team and help to drive successful projects forward from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will be a Lead/Senior Engineer with experience leading AV/IT projects. You will need to be passionate, positive and have the ability to motivate and educate junior teammates. You will need to be happy with travelling, have a full UK drivers license. Ideally you will have an ECS/CSCS card but they will put you through the exam if you don't.

The Role:

• Travel to various locations across the UK with a small team of engineers.
• Work on AV and IT projects, including networking, servers, switches, hardware assembly, cabling, and related technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their development.
• Play a key role in driving projects forward from initiation to completion.
• Contribute technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

The Person:

• Experienced Lead/Senior Engineer with a background in managing AV/IT projects.
• Passionate, positive, and skilled at motivating and educating junior team members.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and holds a full UK driver's license.
• Ideally possesses an ECS/CSCS card; support for the exam will be provided if needed.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities to drive project success.
