Lead Hardware & Firmware Engineer
Location: Warwick (Hybrid)
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

Role: You will design and develop hardware and embedded software, lead a small team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Growth into line management is possible.
Lead Firmware Engineer Responsibilities:
• Lead hardware/firmware development from concept to production
• Oversee PCB design and layout
• Define test plans and support product qualification
Lead Firmware Engineer Requirements
• Experience in digital electronics for battery-powered, MCU-based applications
• Strong in hardware, firmware, PCB design, and embedded C
• Familiar with SPI, I2C, UART, USB interfaces
