IC Resources is working with a global supplier of custom and standard MMIC designs who is looking for a Principal MMIC Engineer to join their team on a freelance basis.
The Role
• Outside IR35
• 6 month contract with potential extension
• Onsite in North-East UK
The Requirements
• Design, layout and RFOW of RFIC, MMICs and Microwave/mmWave modules.
• GaAs & GaN based MMICs for applications from 1-150GHz.
• Involvement in all aspects of the design process
• Must be comfortable in the RF test, characterisation, and validation of MMIC's
• Complete understanding surrounding Smith charts and s-parameter measurements
• Load-pull characterisation experience
