ServiceNow Engineer - GRC

Inside IR35 - Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join our clients ServiceNow Team. This role reports to the ServiceNow Platform Manager and will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ServiceNow product suite, with a particular focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules-IRM, BCM, and TPRM.

This is a pivotal position responsible not only for the technical management and development of the platform, but also for ensuring the operational excellence, governance, and quality of service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

end="1314">Serve as the SME for the full ServiceNow product set, responsible for its development, operational delivery, and alignment with governance and policy standards.

day technical management of the ServiceNow platform with specific expertise in GRC (IRM, BCM, TPRM).

end="1572">Translate business requirements into scalable, best
practice ServiceNow technical solutions, with a focus on automation and integration.

end="1728">Triage and estimate enhancements and incoming requests, ensuring alignment to out

end="1859">Provide technical governance and approval for submitted changes, ensuring adherence to platform standards and security policies.

end="2045">Collaborate with process owners to ensure seamless implementation of automation and integration solutions.

Skills required:

end="3105">Proven experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, BCM, TPRM).

end="3236">Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript), workflow automation, and integrations.

end="3337">Experience in platform administration and upgrade processes in a regulated enterprise environment.

end="3421">Strong governance mindset with familiarity in audit and IT security requirements.
