Job title: Early Careers & Skills Development Coach (Mandated Training)

Location: Humberside. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Up to £45,079 (depending on skills and experience)

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering the Mandated Training Courses to UK and Overseas Staff comprising of (but not limited to):

o Human Factors Initial and Recurring

o Safety Management Systems A and B

o Root Cause Analysis

o On-the-Job Training

o MAOS

o Fleet Planning

  • Promote the use of feedback to enable the continuous improvement of the content and delivery of the training
  • To support, train and guide learners and develop their personal and professional attitudes, skills and abilities with responsibility to ensure successful completion of qualifications

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experience of delivering Mandatory Training such as Human Factors, Safety Management Systems is essential
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or progressing towards) or equivalents
  • Experience of working within a Part 145 and Part M Organisation
  • Understanding of the MAA and CAA Regulations applicable to Part 145, Part 147 and Part M organisations

The Early Careers & Skills Development Coach team:

As the Early Careers & Skills Development Coach (Mandated Training), you will be responsible for delivering the required Mandated Training Courses to Part 145, Part M and Support Staff based in the UK and overseas. The training will be delivered either by internet or face-to-face.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work within a specialist training team, where you will support the requirement for personnel to remain current and compliant with the various Regulatory Articles relating to Mandated Training.
