CRM Solutions Architect - Zoho

Hybrid (3 days on-site per week) - Up to £55k per annum

Proactive IT Appointments are currently helping an organisation in Northampton onboard a Solutions Architect into their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Zoho CRM in both a business analytical and implementation capacity.

Key responsibilities:

Implement technical solutions across the businessâ
•
Automate business processes, improve CRM, and streamline workflows.â
•
Use SQL to create reports, dashboards, and KPIs.â
•
Analyse CRM data for insights to support strategy, sales, and marketing.â
•
Present data analysis findings clearly to stakeholders.â
•
Collaborate across departments to identify automation and data solutions.â
•
Contribute to Zoho CRM development and customization.
