New remote opportunity: This is a new opportunity for a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join our leading Semiconductor client specialising in silicon carbide solutions. This role can be based anywhere in Germany.

This role offers great flexibility and the chance to work for a dynamic, fast-paced company that is expanding globally. The Senior Field Applications Engineer will be tasked with leading demand creation activities and delivering technical support to customers and distribution partners in Europe and America. This role will involve around 30% travel, and there is also the option to manage a small technical support team.

The Senior Field Applications Engineer will be a strong technical person with a solid background within power Semiconductor and power supply - Silicon Carbide, MOSFETS, IGBT, Diodes, UPS / Inverters etc.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Germany and speak fluent English. German language skills will of course be preferred.
