Job Vacancy Software Engineering Lead

A growing finance company in Leeds is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to build an internal development team and manage their processes and projects. The successful candidate will get to build up an internal team, will be working with other suppliers, define methodologies and processes, manage project delivery and coordinate with new resources.

The role requires 2 days per week in of the 3 offices - Leeds, London and Milton Keynes.

Skills Required:
- 6+ years experience with Python or object-oriented languages like C#
- Agile principles
- DevOps tools and practices
- Prior project management experience
- Exposure to high regulated industries like financial services is beneficial

Offered:
- Salary £80,000 - £100,000 based on experience
- 10% bonus
