Great new role for a Hands-on Full-Stack Engineering Manager and Lead. As the Engineering Manager, you will be leading on C#.NET software development for this Financial Technology business.

As the Engineering Manager, you will be driving the creation, delivery and management of internal and external products, technical initiatives, strategy and excellence in a diverse team and environment.



As a hands-on front-end engineering manager, your role will combine people management your small team of front-end facing software engineers (technical stack is C#.NET, SXX XX XX XX XX, AWS Amazon Web Services)



Role focus

• People Management of software engineers (associate to principal)
• Frontend/Backend/Full Stack and QA, operating across multiple sub-teams and initiatives in parallel.
• Providing mentorship, technical leadership, performance management for all levels and disciplines.
