Title: Lead Cx Manager - Commissioning Expert in Data Centre Construction

Introductory Paragraph:
Our client, a leading company in the data centre construction sector, is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Cx Manager to join their team based in Slough. As the commissioning lead manager for this project, you will play an integral role ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally before handover.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the testing of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Develop test plans
- Analyze results from tests conducted
- Address any issues or defects discovered during testing phase

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have experience with managing complex projects as well as possess excellent leadership skills. In addition, candidates must meet these qualifications;

* Bachelor's degree
* At least 5 years' relevant work experience specifically within data center construction industry
* Experience working on large scale turnkey EPC projects would be advantageous
Skills:

Candidates who apply need to prove they can bring value by possessing some or all of following key competencies;

1. Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively lead a cross-functional project team towards achieving common goals while fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
2.Technical Knowledge : Understanding various technical aspects involved including HVAC Systems , Fire Suppression Equipment & Electrical Distribution System etc.,
3.Communication Skills - ability communicate clearly both written /verbal .
4.Problem Solving - identify problems quickly & find solutions efficiently
