I am recruiting an Analog IC Design Manager for a rapidly expanding organisation in Spain who will lead a team of Design Engineers in developing analog and mixed-signal ICs.
You will oversee daily operations, establish annual objectives, and provide guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to the company's design protocols.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Design and develop ICs
• Manage the entire product development cycle from definition to release.
• Lead and supervise the Design Engineering team.
• Allocate resources based on assignments –
• Participate in hiring and performance evaluations.
I am looking for an experienced Analog Design Engineer with proven experience managing IC Design teams.
