This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business leader with a strong Laser, Photonics and Optical technical background, eager to drive growth and innovation in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop the local team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
• Collaborate on product and technology roadmaps to support company growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and symposia to build strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Provide technical support and lead collaborative research projects with clients and partners.
Essential Experience: • Degree in industrial engineering, business, or related field.
• Extensive experience in business development for high-tech products, ideally in photonics, laser, or optics sectors.
• Fluency in English (C1+) and German (C2+).
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for international events and business development.
