Job Vacancy CAD Manager

I am recruiting a CAD Manager for a prestigious multinational company based in Switzerland.

In this role, you will oversee design implementation across various sites to ensure successful tape-outs. You’ll manage a diverse EDA/CAD/PDK team, including hiring, scheduling, upskilling, and mentoring. Your responsibilities will also include managing workloads, scheduling projects, allocating resources, and providing updates to internal management. You will focus on developing methodologies and design flows for IC and system design engineers, and supporting multi-site teams with EDA tools such as Cadence, Mentor, Synopsys, and Cliosoft.

I am seeking a candidate with extensive experience in IC Design or EDA/CAD Engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex information. Experience in team management or technical leadership is preferred.
