We're seeking a PMO Manager to join our team and play a critical role in managing key projects and workstreams, ensuring our organisation meets the challenges of a rapidly evolving energy market.

This is a full-time 12 Month Fixed Term position, offering opportunities to lead important workstreams, influence decision-making, and engage with colleagues across Ofgem and government departments. As PMO Manager, you will ensure the smooth delivery of projects, support governance processes, and oversee risk management to ensure we meet key milestones and deliver real value for consumers. 
 
In this pivotal role, you'll be working across multiple teams and directorates, collaborating with stakeholders both internally and externally, to support Ofgem's ambitious programme of work. You'll be a key player in the development and oversight of delivery plans, identifying dependencies and ensuring our projects stay on track. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, this role provides an abundance of professional growth and learning opportunities. 
 
We're looking for individuals with a passion for project management, who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to contribute to the vital work of transforming the energy system. You'll need experience in PMO functions and project delivery, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
