Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee technical product development projects from concept to delivery.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical, budgetary, and timeline objectives.  
• Lead grant writing initiatives, securing funding from EU bodies and other funding opportunities.  
• Drive compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain meticulous project documentation.  
Experience
• Proven experience in technical project management within photonics, semiconductors, or related industries.  
• Proven success in grant writing, particularly with EU funding bodies such as Horizon Europe or initiatives under the EU Chips Act.  
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.  
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
