Portfolio Performance Analyst

Salary: Grade C - £31,373 (National Framework) or £36,775 (London Framework - if you are London office-based or home-based and live within the boundary of the M25) - There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home.

Contracted Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week or compressed hours/job share will also be considered.

What you will bring...

To be considered as a Portfolio Performance Analyst, you will need:

- Experience of managing portfolio management systems, approaches, and techniques
- Experience of working in a portfolio, programme, or project management setting
- Experience of using Power BI desktop to create and share insights
- Knowledge of portfolio, programme, and project best practice methodologies, with direct experience in a number of key portfolio management functions and/or processes
- Knowledge of how PPM methodologies are applied in a change portfolio context
- To be educated to degree level or equivalent and hold one or more PPM qualification

What you'll be doing

As a Portfolio Performance Analyst, you will provide high-quality business and data analysis to generate insightful reporting of portfolio, programme, and project performance.

Ensuring the use of best practice tools and processes across the portfolio, you will help set project and programme performance reporting standards.

You will also analyse data to uncover patterns and insights that support business decisions and develop KPIs and improvement targets, driving quality and performance across the portfolio.

Additionally, you will:

- Collaborate with teams to improve portfolio management practices and processes
- Use Power BI to create performance insights tailored to different stakeholder needs
- Support the Portfolio Office in achieving overall maturity targets and performance objectives
