Contractor job Service Reporting Analyst - SC Cleared

We have an urgent requirement for an SC cleared Service Reporting Analyst on an initial 6 month contract. The role is fully onsite, Salisbury.Key Responsibilities include:- The primary responsibilities of this role include: - Gather data from various sources, analyse it, and compile it into comprehensive reports- Create and maintain reports that highlight key metrics and trends.- Develop data visualization tools to help stakeholders understand complex data.- Identify and analyse trends or patterns in complex data sets.- Work with all towers to understand their reporting needs and fulfil them.Essential Skills & Experience includes:- ITIL V4 Foundation certification required, further ITIL certifications are desired- Proficiency in analysing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.- Attention to detail in data handling and reporting. - Written and verbal communication skills to present data findings clearly to stakeholders. - Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of reports.- Understanding of business operations and the ability to align data analysis with business goals.- Understanding of Service Management FrameworkDue to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
