BI Developer (AWS & Power BI)
OUTSIDE IR35 Contract
Remote role (odd trip to office in Staffordshire)

The BI Developer will work closely with stakeholders to convert complex data into compelling visual dashboards and reports, enabling decision-makers to act with confidence. This role offers the chance to collaborate within a fast-paced Agile team, gathering requirements, designing, developing, and deploying BI solutions that unlock the full potential of data.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Design and develop interactive BI dashboards and reports to visualise data in Power BI
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in BI projects.
- Conduct user training and provide support for BI users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data visualisation issues for users.

Skills needed:
* Proficiency with enterprise reporting/dashboarding
* Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling) and data mining
* RDBMS (SQL, MySQL) experience
* Automation experience with builds, deployments, testing and configuration
* Must have business analysis skills to allow for the creation of report definitions and specifications. Perform entire development lifecycle requirement, analysis, design, build, test, deploy and support analytic applications, tools and components using Microsoft BI Reporting and Analysis Tools and other BI, data discovery, analytic and statistical packages
