I'm hiring for a dynamic organisation based in the Hague region, who is seeking a Team Leader for Mixed-Signal IC Design. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team tasked with designing, implementing, and validating transistor-level analog/mixed-signal blocks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team in executing comprehensive transistor-level circuit design, including design capture, simulation, layout design, guidance, and documentation.
• Develop system architectures for ultra-low-power Analog applications, translating system requirements into precise block-level specifications, and participating in system-level modeling and simulation design activities.
• Oversee design verification for novel architectures and circuits, such as filters and ADCs.
• Validate IC designs rigorously through laboratory tests and measurements.
• Provide strong support to product engineering for efficient volume production.
• Collaborate closely with application engineering to meet and exceed customer requirements.
I am looking for an experienced analog/mixed-signal IC design engineer with a proven track record in team leadership.
