Job Vacancy Analog IC Design Manager

A Startup in Germany is urgently looking for a very experienced Analog IC design manager to join the team. You will ideally have a background in NVM and AI as well as a deep understanding of HDC systems. You are also welcome to apply if you have worked on NVM or have a different background in memory design but have only some experience in AI, which is essential. Applications from around the globe are welcome, as long as you are willing to move to Germany, the visa will be taken care of and a relocation package is offered.

You will be managing and coordinating the analog IC design engineers within the team and their working on the company's memory design.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Help to support team members and still be involved in the hands-on design of the memory blocks.
• Perform post-silicon validation.
• Work on the definition of schedules and performance of analog blocks.
Your skills include:

• In-depth understanding of CNN, spiking NN, In- / Near- near-memory computing, and Hyper-dimensional Computing (HDC) systems
• Experienced with SystemC modeling and TVM compiler for Crossbar virtual prototyping
• Skilled with industry-standard design and simulation tools (Cadence, DFII, Virtuoso, Spice simulator, Verilog-A)
• Proven experience mentoring or managing a team.
• Strong problem-solving ability
