Job Vacancy Embedded Software Team Lead

An Embedded Software Team Lead is urgently sought by this leading technology developer to be based at their R+D Centre in Delft. The Embedded Software Team Lead will be leading and coordinating the embedded software engineering activities ensuring high-quality product development. The Embedded Software Team Lead will be leading and mentoring a team of Embedded Software Engineers ensuring tasks are completed on time. The Embedded Software Team Lead will also be working closely with the senior leadership across the company ensuring smooth workflows and correct resource allocation.

You will be an experienced Software Team Lead with a minimum of 5 years hands on embedded software engineering experience. Your skills and knowledge will include solid Linux (kernel driver etc.) experience coupled with a very strong hands-on modern C++ development background. You will have a demonstrable track record in strong leadership, decision making and problem solving ensuring continuous improvement through each development project. Experience in an Agile environment would be beneficial.
