Are you an IT Service Operator looking for a new role?
If so, Dstl is recruiting for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Service Assurance Lead to be responsible for the day-to-day management and running of an Oracle system. You will be supported in looking after the service, escalating where necessary and providing incident resolution.

You will:
- Report on and analyse service performance for the system.
- Support incident resolution and undertake analysis of service changes.
- Manage the day-to-day issues and escalations for the system.
- Be responsive to customer needs, challenging appropriately to maximise efficiency

Our work in defence, security and intelligence requires our employees to be UK Nationals who are able to gain a high level of security clearance to undertake the projects we are involved in to protect us from security threats. This role will require full UK security clearance and you should have resided in the UK for the past 5 years. For some roles Developed Vetting will also be required, in this case you should have resided in the UK for the past 10 years.
