How do you guys switch off from work? As an employee you can go home at 5.30. What happens when you work for yourself and your dont have clock-in and out hours?

ka benz, post: 206465, member: 31201 a écrit : Hi Guys,
I'm based in France and found a client in the UK. I created a british limited company with the minimum capital required but now I have to invest a little bit in order to service my client.

I'll have to live in the UK for 3 months. Obviously the capital is not enough to support the business set up fees.

Can I just lend my company a certain ammount of money to pay for example the first month of rent and the deposit and sent it back to my personal account once I get paid by my client ?

Thanks,
Hello Ka,

You might find it helpful to talk to a freelancer accountant.

Hello Lisa,

If you doubt they are a legitimate business then you should ask for proof of identity of the business/client.

If you need to know about the tax side of things, you might want to get in touch with a Freelancer Accountant to see if they can help.

Get an accountant. If you are like me and are not 100% confident dealing with all the taxes, then make sure you invest in getting an accountant to help you deal with your finances. Theres some freelance accountants on the Freelanceuk website here that you may find helpful. https://www.free-work.com/en-gb/tech-it/blog/freelancer-services/freelancer-accountants
