We are seeking an experienced DocuSign CLM Workflow Developer to join a high-profile, long-term digital transformation initiative with one of the UK's most prestigious institutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing complex contract lifecycle workflows within the DocuSign CLM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build custom workflows using DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management)
Configure and maintain document generation templates, workflow routing rules, conditional logic, and approval paths
Integrate DocuSign CLM with external systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, procurement, IT, etc.) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure optimal system performance
Implement best practices for CLM development, testing, and documentation
Support user training, UAT, and deployment activities
Contribute to continuous improvement of CLM processes and user experience
Candidate profile
Proven hands-on experience with DocuSign (not just eSignature)
Strong understanding of CLM workflow configuration, clause libraries, templates, and data modeling
Experience developing and troubleshooting DocuSign CLM workflows using tools such as Composer, SpringCM, and Apex
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns for enterprise platforms
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
