Hello,
I need a bit of advice. I'm about to do a small job for a new client which involves recreating a logo so that she has a vector file (plus supplying TIFF, JPEG & PDF) and possibly applying it to letterhead and comp slip. I usually charge by the day or hour but on this occasion she would like one single fee. I was going to charge £80 for the lot, does that sound reasonable? Other more experienced freelancers may charge more but as I'm starting out and as she is a new client I thought this was about right...thoughts please! :-)
Thanks
Rach

Then multiply the time by your hourly rate. If, for example, you're charging out at £20 per hour, £80 would obviously be the fee for 4 hours work (although you should also allow for any non-artwork time you wish to include and for any costs as well). Without having seen the logo though £80 sounds somewhere in the right sort of area to meOpus Creative Design Ltd
