Hi hello!
My name is Robyn, I am university at the moment and we are looking into future career paths at the moment. I have a few questions that I would absolutely love to be answered, it would be so so helpful!
1.) What are of freelance are you in?
2.) Why do you choose to freelance?
3.) Is it competitive? If so, how do you cut through the competition?
4.) Depending on your area of expertise, what kind of projects do you do?
5.) How do you choose what you charge?
6.)Do you charge per hour, or by project? Which one is easier?
7.) Do you have quiet seasons? If so, which months?
If you would like to answer any of these questions privately please feel free to message me. Thank you very much for your consideration.

2) I’m sick of having a boss, the daily commute, and always earning the same salary.
3) Very. Having experience, a good interview and actually charging more makes a difference.
4) Desktop software development. I find web development disgusting.
5) I charge more than the average.
6) Per hour, but also accept per project if it is interesting. A lot of clients don’t want to pay per hour because they risk paying more than what they think they should be paying.
7) Not really. -
