Operational Change Manager - INSIDE IR35
An Operational Change Manager is required to be responsible for delivering change activities supporting the development of CSO. They will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of assigned are scoped, planned, tracked, and managed to successful completion. As the business strategy alters over the time, the manager will need to adjust or re-align delivery / priorities accordingly. You will be required to go into the Bristol based office 2 day a week, My client can pay up to £550 per day via an umbrella for the right candidate. The main purpose of the Business Change Project Manager is to work with teams across the group to co-ordinate changes. This includes both business & technology changes. This role is less IT skills based and more personable and business change side of things.
