Job Title: NEC Housing Trainer and Training Manager
Are you an experienced trainer with expertise in NEC Housing systems? Join our team to lead the training program for the successful implementation of NEC (Northgate) Housing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored training plans and materials.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse user groups.
- Support UAT activities and provide post-go-live user assistance.
- Act as the main point of contact for training during system implementation.
Requirements:
- Certification in training, instructional design, or project management
- Proven experience with NEC Housing, strong project management, and excellent communication skills.
