We are seeking an experienced VP of Operations to join a fast-growing startup specialising in CMOS image sensors and semiconductor imaging technology. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow the operational strategy and execution at an exciting phase of company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute operational strategies to drive growth and scalability.
• Lead process development, and manufacturing operations with a strong focus on foundry and fab house collaboration.
• Build and lead a high-performance operations team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals and ensure seamless product development.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of managing operations in a fabless semiconductor company, with direct experience working with foundries and fab houses.
• In-depth knowledge of CMOS image sensors, and semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience scaling operations teams from the ground up.
