Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with expertise in D365 CE/CRM, PowerApps Component Framework (PCF), Plugin Development, C#/.Net, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Azure Services. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem while integrating with Azure services and other third-party applications.Key Responsibilities:* D365 CE/CRM Development:* Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CE/CRM using out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development.* Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules within D365.* Develop and maintain Model-Driven and Canvas Apps within the Power Platform.* PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) Development:* Create custom PCF controls to enhance UI/UX in Model-Driven apps.* Utilize TypeScript and React to develop interactive components.* Deploy and integrate PCF components seamlessly within D365.* Plugin & Workflow Development:* Develop and optimize server-side plugins and workflows using C# and .NET.* Implement business logic using custom plugins and real-time workflows.* Ensure best practices in exception handling and performance optimization.* JavaScript/TypeScript Customization:* Develop and maintain JavaScript-based client-side logic in Dynamics 365.* Enhance user interactions with form scripting and Ribbon customizations.* Implement TypeScript-based solutions for better maintainability.* Azure Integration & Services:* Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services like Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and API Management.* Develop scalable, cloud-based solutions that enhance D365 capabilities.* Implement authentication and security best practices with Azure AD and OAuth.* Testing & Deployment:* Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure system reliability.* Deploy solutions using DevOps pipelines, ALM, and solution management best practices.* Maintain CI/CD processes for seamless D365 updates and rollouts.Required Skills & Qualifications:* Technical Expertise:* Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization and development.* Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.* Experience developing PCF components and plugins.* Knowledge of Dataverse (Common Data Service) architecture.* Experience integrating Azure Functions, Service Bus, and other Azure resources.* Development & Integration:* Experience in RESTful API development and integration with third-party services.* Familiarity with Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Dataverse Web API.* Soft Skills:* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and documentation abilities.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:* Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-600, AZ-204)* Experience with Power BI, AI Builder, or Virtual Agents* Familiarity with Agile development methodologiesLA International is a HMG approved ICT Recruitment and Project Solutions Consultancy, operating globally from the largest single site in the UK as an IT Consultancy or as an Employment Business & Agency depending upon the precise nature of the work, for security cleared jobs or non-clearance vacancies, LA International welcome applications from all sections of the community and from people with diverse experience and backgrounds.Award Winning LA International, winner of the Recruiter Awards for Excellence, Best IT Recruitment Company, Best Public Sector Recruitment Company and overall Gold Award winner, has now secured the most prestigious business award that any business can receive, The Queens Award for Enterprise: International Trade, for the second consecutive period.
