I am currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer in London.

• The role is initially for 6 months and most likely will be extended due to the workload.
• The role is outside IR35
• The role requires the successful applicant to be on site on Tuesdays in London (1 day a week)

About The Role

The client is implementing ServiceNow across a number of key processes, and this is an opportunity for a technically minded individual to join our team, working with new and innovative technology to deliver highly valuable solutions on the ServiceNow SaaS platform.

The client is looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Development / Administrator to take responsibility of the ServiceNow platform to develop client-focused solutions in the following modules - Customer Services, CSM/Employee Portal, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Virtual Agent.


The Role Encompasses:

• Performing intermediate to advanced level development tasks within the ITSM/CSM/ITOM applications within the ServiceNow platform. CSM is necessary.
• Design and develop software with a focus on the automation of build, test, and deployment activities, using executable patterns.
• Ensure the ServiceNow platform is developed to meet technical, security, statutory and business requirements.
• ServiceNow Platform administration, management, and support including deployments.
• Produce business requirements, technical specifications and configuration documents, ensuring traceability back to source and working with stakeholder to manage scope and prioritise requirements.


Skills and Experience

• A ServiceNow Administrator certification and Application Developer and/or Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM) with experience using this knowledge to produce solution designs to meet requirements.
• A proven track record of implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including screen design and workflow/authorisation automation, spanning the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience of development on a large transformation project in an agile environment where ServiceNow was integrated with multiple enterprise tier applications; like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development.
• Strong understanding of development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• This role is hands on and required to work in the detail.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently, work to tight deadlines, prioritize workloads and work with related internal business functions.
• Extensive knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS scripting within ServiceNow
