This vital role is based within their dynamic Finance Department, committed to upholding the highest standards of expense management and cost effectiveness.Role & Responsibilities * Develop and maintain accurate expense reporting mechanisms for all departmental outlay. * Analyse financial data to identify areas where costs can be reduced, and efficiencies can be improved. * Coordinate with various teams to compile financial forecasts related to expenses. * Present detailed regular reports on expense metrics to senior management. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies across all reporting and documentation.Key Skills * Strong proficiency in expense and cost reporting. * Excellent analytical abilities and detail-oriented approach. * Exemplary planning and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on accuracy. * Advanced skills in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively presenting information and responding to queries from management. #LI-PB1
