Freelance job RF Systems Expert - contract

IC Resources is working with an global leader within the telecommunications industry who is looking for an RF Systems expert to assist with one of their exciting projects.

The Role
• Onsite in Gothenburg 5 days a week
• 1 year contract with likely extension
The Requirements
• Conduct research on B5G and 6G RF architectures, focusing on innovative and cost-efficient solutions for current and future wireless networks.  
• Simulate and evaluate the performance of new RF system ideas and architectures.  
• Strong expertise in RF system design with a background in wireless communications, RF engineering, and 3GPP BTS radio system standards, including LTE and NR.  
• Proficient in antenna systems, channel models, wireless propagation, and RF materials, with experience in scientific coding languages like Matlab, Python, C, and C++.  
• Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, manage projects, and communicate effectively across technical domains.  
• Willingness to travel frequently, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
