Contractor job Project Officer - Inside IR35

We have an urgent requirement for a Project Officer to start ASAP on an initial contract until the end of March. This will be hybrid working with wither 2 days a week onsite in Exeter or the flexibility to travel to site to support meetings and workshops. The Project Officer will play a crucial role within the Transformation Team, facilitating seamless operations related to meetings and workshops. This position is responsible for supporting pre-work, facilitating sessions, and following up on outcomes, while acting as a key point of contact for various programme-related matters.Essential Skills and experience includes:* Significant administrative or relevant experience including initiating and maintaining office systems.* Experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.* Knowledge or experience of minute taking or note taking skills.* Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access.* Project management qualification or equivalent experience* Knowledge of NHS issues.
