In this Channel Sales Manager role, you’ll be integral to shaping the partner ecosystem, empowering partner teams, and building strategies that align with market needs. Working within a dynamic sales organisation, you’ll expand reach, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and develop go-to-market tactics that maximise impact and growth.
Requirements
• Lead channel development and strategic partner planning to drive channel sales, aligning with partner needs and business objectives.
• Enable partner sales acceleration through go-to-market plans, pipeline reviews, and tailored sales strategies, fostering collaboration to meet revenue goals.
• Oversee partner performance with a focus on execution, program adoption, and results, working closely with stakeholders to resolve any roadblocks.
• Build trusted relationships with partners, aligning strategies and priorities for mutual success.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in channel sales or partner management within tech, with a focus on Germany, France, or UK markets; fluency in English and proficiency in German or French a strong plus.
