We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a leading provider of open-source services and tools for embedded software development. In this role, you will manage key customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction by effectively leveraging our open-source technologies. If you have a strong background in account management, technical consulting, and driving sales growth in a technology-driven environment, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within embedded software or open-source technologies.
• Proven track record in managing complex accounts and driving sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Strong technical knowledge of embedded software development, open-source tools, and the ability to provide technical solutions to clients.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
