Contractor job Security Architect

Security Architect - 6 Month Contract - London - Inside IR35 - Hybrid (1 day a week onsite) - Immediate Interviews

My customer is seeking a skills and experienced Security Architect to develop, implement and manage secure information systems.

The successful Security Architect will design, assess and recommend security solutions for projects such as a Modern Workplace rollout, Data Center/AD or SD-Wan.

Key Responsibilities of the Security Architect:

• Previous experience in Global organisations or Enterprise customers.
• Ensure the correct application of security strategies, policies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and Technical teams to develop effective security designs.
• Evaluate and integrate security technologies to enhance the firms security position.
• Providing Architectural knowledge to Modern Workplace, Data Center/AD or SD-Wan projects.

Experience Needed:

• An extensively experienced background in Security Architecture.
• Vast knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite - Intune, OneDrive, Autopilot.
• Experience in a Modern Workplace, AD/Data Center or SD-wan project is essential. Ideally multiple of these projects.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working as a security architect within the legal, Insurance or finance sector.
• Knowledge of security projects for global organisations.
• Ideally have a technical background with certifications such as CISA, CISM, SABSA or TOGAF.
• Have knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and security principles like NIST.

The successful Security Architect will be required to work hybrid, 1 day per week on site, in London.

Please note that the Security Architect is an immediate start, but you will need to go through some basic background checks before you start.
