Our client is a forward thinking innovative semiconductor company, working on the next generation semiconductor automotive solutions. They are now seeking their next Test Development Engineer to help the growing team.
Responsibilities for the Test Development Engineer includes:
• Test program development and validation
• Oversee both HW & SW test systems
• Work with OSAT engineers to troubleshoot and perform pre production testing
• Data analysis strategy and documentation
Requirements for the Test Development Engineer:
• Strong test program development experience in high volume environments
• Strong understanding on AMS
• Expertise in ATEs such as Teradyne & Advantest platforms
• Excellent programming skills (C,C# or Python)
