Contractor job Cloud Engineer

Cloud engineer - HYBRID

We are working with one of our biggest customers who are a global financial services company.  The role will be of a hybrid nature where you will need to have the ability to travel to the client's Guidlford and/or Bournemouth office when required.

Required Skills

Terraform
Familiarity with the configuration of Azure data services (e.g. storage accounts, databricks, Azure Machine Learning)
Familiarity with the configuration of application related services (e.g. Kubernetes service, web apps, functions)
EntraID / permissions
Ability to work effectively with all people involved in the project from the business stakeholders (the DS team) to architects, network engineer etc.
Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently, using all resources available (e.g. internal docs, MS tickets etc.) and feedback solutions / recommendations to stakeholders.


Some knowledge of troubleshooting network issues would be beneficial. The client have a complex setup filled with private endpoints.
