Description

The service is specialized in IT4IT domain, with expertise in related business processes, data objects and technologies. In the context of global solutions, the services will be focused on data, security, and governance aspects. The Application Architectural Services will collaborate with product teams, subject matter experts and other architects. The service provider’s personnel is responsible of the architecture design and implementation governance.

The service provider’s personnel will be responsible with the following deliverables:
• Participate to the architecture governance (peer review).
• Assess the existing architecture through interviews and data analysis.
• Identify new opportunities, lead Proof-of-Concepts, connect with subject matter experts.
• Share architecture vision, design and document target and transition architectures.
• Present and support architecture design in Review Boards.
• Support the product team for the low-level design and implementation.
• Participate to the design authority, perform implementation reviews, govern architecture gap.

• Enterprise Service Management: ServiceNow.
• IT Asset Management: Data platform (Databricks, Python, SQL).
• Monitoring: Dynatrace, Elastic Search Kibana (ELK).
• IT Infrastructure: PaaS OpenShift, Azure PaaS, AWS PaaS, Managed IaaS Azure, AWS, Group POD).

Technical Expertise

• MANDATORY: Service with 10 years of expertise connecting the dots between business goals and IT solutions.
• MANDATORY: Service with 10 years of expertise producing architecture deliverables.
• MANDATORY: Service with 5 years of expertise in IT4IT domain.
• MANDATORY: Service with 5 years of expertise in software and/or data engineering. Internal Technical and professional expertise.
• MANDATORY: Service to provide Architecture modeling with ArchiMate.
• Mandatory: IT4IT expertise: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, APM

• MUST-HAVE: Expertise about IT resources in a CMDB (server, network, firewall, database, etc.)
• MANDATORY: ServiceNow Expertise
• MANDATORY: Service with Data mining (SQL)
• MANDATORY: English environment
• PREFERRED: Service with expertise in Enterprise Architecture TOGAF
• PREFERRED: Service with Data Warehousing (Data Modeling)
