Mission :

As an Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) you will be responsible for Facilitating Program level processes and execution, escalate impediments, manage risk, and helps drive continuous improvement. You will act as a servant leader working across multiple Agile teams, managing dependencies, and facilitating coordination to ensure the program level business outcome and delivery goals are met.

Manage and optimize flow throughout the program.

• Facilitate program level planning across multiple teams.
• Assist with execution and completion tracking.
• Facilitate program level events as requested or needed.
• Assist with economic decision making.
• Escalate, track, and resolve impediments and report status at the program level
Support release management activities especially across agile teams.

• Promote a culture of commitment, focus, openness, respect, and courage while focusing on team health and collaboration.
• Support the product manager in effective goal definition and program Backlog management.
• Ensure strategy and execution alignment.
• Manage risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate Stakeholders Collaboration as requested or needed.
• Provide input on resourcing.
• Attend System and solution demos.
• Drive continuous improvement and continuous integration and communities of practices.
• Measure and understand how to leverage team and program metrics (such as velocity) to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other teams including Scrum Masters and other Release train Engineers


Profil recherché :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software releases.
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes.
• Good Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.
• Excellente communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Anglais fluent mandatory
